From QR code to Registered QR Code.
Anyone can generate a QR code. A QR code becomes something fundamentally different when it enters a governed infrastructure with an identity, defined operating rules, compliance requirements, certification requirements, registration and an operational record. Within our QR system, that progression is deliberate.
QR Protocol
QR Protocol establishes the rules governing how the QR system operates.
QR Compliance
QR Compliance evaluates applicable requirements and determines compliance within the QR system.
QR Certified
QR Certified determines whether applicable certification requirements have been satisfied.
QR Registered
QR Registered formally registers the QR identity and supplies the registration number or code that makes it operationally recognized within the QR system.
Registered QR Code
The QR is no longer merely an unregistered QR object within our infrastructure. It now has a registered identity that can participate in the operational system according to its authorized state, permissions and applicable rules.

QRCodex provides the operational Codex environment connecting the registered QR with its records, relationships, dossier, state, event history, evidence and authorized system interactions.

QR Certified does NOT perform registration. QR Certified is the required certification gate. QR Registered performs registration. QRCodex does NOT replace QR Registered.
